Well, what can be said for our game against Baltimore Bays?  We went into the game without our goalie, who had been injured at our last tournament.  Stepping up as goalies, Michelle and Kristin did what they could do, neither of them playing goalie in more than 2 years.  In the first ten minutes or so, Dee got hurt and wasn’t able to come back into the game.  That left us with 11 players to play a VERY good team.  Not for the lack of trying, we just couldn’t get things happening.  Four goals on us in the first half left us reeling a bit.  The second half seemed as though it was going to be more of the same, but Stephanie Goldberg was able to put the ball in the back of the net, giving us some determination to keep fighting.  The game ended, finally, with a score of 1-8. Not the greatest, but we had a good effort from all.
